Choosing the Right Plan​

Do I need CSV Export?​

Choose Standard or higher if you:

  • Need to analyze data in MATLAB, Python, R, or Excel
  • Want to save recordings for later analysis
  • Are conducting research that requires data files
  • Need to share data with collaborators

Do I need API Access?​

Choose Standard or higher if you:

  • Want to build custom integrations
  • Need programmatic access to subscription/license info
  • Are developing applications that use Petal services

Is Basic enough for me?​

Basic is sufficient if you:

  • Only need real-time visualization
  • Use OSC/LSL for live streaming (no recording)
  • Don't need to save data to files
  • Are exploring or learning

Subscribing​

  1. Visit petal.tech/pricing
  2. Click Get Started on your preferred plan
  3. Create an account or sign in
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Complete checkout

Your subscription activates immediately.

Changing Plans​

Upgrading​

  1. Go to petal.tech/account/subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You're charged the prorated difference
  • New features are available right away

Downgrading​

  1. Go to petal.tech/account/subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep access to current features until then

Billing​

Payment Methods​

We accept:

  • Debit cards

Billing Cycle​

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Your card is charged on the same date each month
  • You'll receive an email receipt after each payment

Invoices​

View and download invoices:

  1. Go to petal.tech/account/subscription
  2. Click Billing History
  3. Download PDF invoices as needed

Cancellation​

  1. Go to petal.tech/account/subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  • Access continues until the end of your paid period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • You can resubscribe anytime
